The holiday season is the perfect time to celebrate our successes and reflect on the new qualities we want to bring into our lives. So give yourself and others the gift of change.

Life is a gift. When you can recognize and acknowledge it, you are then aware that you are receiving a gift.

Usually, when you receive a gift, you feel grateful for it. So, if you can become aware that life itself is a gift you keep receiving, you should constantly live in a state of gratitude.

During this season, I would like to invite you to become more aware, open your heart, and practice gratitude.

Below is a simple way to create your own gratitude in 2 simple steps:

1- Close our eyes, place your hands over your heart, and give thanks until you genuinely feel it.

2- Memorize that feeling so that you can keep some of your attention on it throughout the day. If you can keep your awareness on that feeling of gratitude throughout your day and experiment by being in a state of receiving, let’s see what new opportunities come your way.

I personally wish to thank you ALL for being such an amazing support. It's easy to forget why we do what we do until someone reminds us, and that reminder can be simply as a "thank you" or "grateful for you". Your continuous trust inspires me to send you daily encouragement and tips to thrive in this season.
